CJSL Advanced Player Camp

Is held for 1-2 weeks in July at Randalls Island NY.  Open to players Ages 9-17

​

Cost per Camper- $200 (includes camp t-shirt)

Dedicated Proper Coach to Camper Ratio for Maximum Training. 

• Striker 1:10 

• Goalies 1:5 

 

In addition Athletic Trainer is present at all sessions.

​

Having a small group, allows the Instructors to direct their focus attention to the players providing them with a more intense week of sessions.

​

For Strikers the skill set for the week includes:

• shooting for power/from distance 

• shooting for placement/finishing from different angles inside the box

• shooting with the outside of the foot (again different angles)

• volleys and half-volleys (from crosses)

​

For the Keeper:

• Proper Diving technique and footwork

• Handling Crosses

• Cutting down angles

• Handling different shots

• Goal Box presence and communication
