Steps to Access & Begin Self-Scheduling:

1. Log into your GotSport account as an Administrator.

2. Navigate to GotSport Home Page → Left Menu → Scheduling → As Participant.

3. Scroll down to CJSL Spring 2025 League and click on Details.

4. Follow this Quick Video Tutorial on Self-Scheduling (note: this was created for Boys CJSL, but the process is the same).

Home Game Scheduling Deadline:

• All Home Game Details must be entered in GotSport by the end of February - 25th so that games can be sent to the referee assignor.

Important Rules & Responsibilities:

• Games must be played on the assigned weekend date, however, date changes are only allowed if both teams agree.
   

• No changes can be made without opponent consent. Unauthorized changes will result in the game being reverted to the original date.  Where possible CJSL honored many of the schedule requests we received. 
  

• Home teams are responsible for scheduling games based on their field permits. If you have not secured your permits yet, please Contact your Parks Department ASAP.
  

• Teams must coordinate directly with opponents for any scheduling conflicts or adjustments now and not wait till after February 25th.   All changes must be finalized by February 25th—after this date, the schedule is locked.  Changes after this date will require a Game Change Form.
  

• If you cannot secure a home field, contact your opponent to play at their field instead.
