Ahead of the start of the U15 and older divisions on Saturday, October 25, the CJSL will host a mandatory video conference to review the CJSL Conduct, Behavioral, and Zero Tolerance Referee Abuse Policies.
Every club must have at least one representative in attendance. Failure to attend will be considered acknowledgment that the club has accepted full responsibility for its teams’ conduct and agrees to receive the maximum penalty for each offense under the league’s disciplinary framework for the Fall 2025 season.
This session comes in response to a concerning rise in fines and disciplinary issues this fall involving parents, players, and coaches at younger age groups. League officials will review expectations, reporting procedures, and enforcement measures, including loss of points, suspensions, and minimum $250 fines for sideline misconduct or referee abuse.
The CJSL expects all clubs to demonstrate leadership and uphold the highest standards of respect, integrity, and sportsmanship as we enter the next phase of competition.
