CJSL Is Seeking an Executive Director
The Cosmopolitan Junior Soccer League (CJSL) is currently seeking an Executive Director to support the continued growth, development, and long-term strategic direction of the league.
This is a newly created leadership role designed to complement and strengthen CJSL’s existing structure. The Executive Director will work collaboratively with the CJSL Board, League Directors, clubs, partners, and the broader CJSL community to enhance operations, planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Role Overview
The Executive Director serves as the chief executive and administrative leader of CJSL, supporting the overall management, integrity, and advancement of the league. This role ensures that league operations align with CJSL’s mission, bylaws, and applicable U.S. Soccer, USYS, and ENYYSA standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide executive oversight of league operations and administration
• Lead strategic planning, growth initiatives, and partnerships
• Work collaboratively with the CJSL Board and League Directors
• Support financial planning and responsible fiscal management
• Serve as a primary liaison to clubs and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with league bylaws and governing-body regulations
