CJSL Welcomes Elite Champions FC
CJSL is proud to officially welcome Elite Champions FC to the Cosmopolitan Junior Soccer League community for the upcoming season.
Based in Queens, New York, Elite Champions FC is a growing youth soccer academy and training organization serving players primarily throughout the Manhattan and Queens communities. Founded in 2022, the club has quickly grown from a small training group into an organization with plans to field teams in the U10 and U11 age groups this season.
Elite Champions FC focuses on long-term player development through technical training, physical conditioning, game analysis, and structured year-round programming that includes both winter indoor training and outdoor developmental sessions. The club’s philosophy centers around helping young players develop confidence, perseverance, patience, and resilience through the game of soccer.
The club was founded by Hyeyun Kwon alongside Head Coach Donggul Seo Kwon, whose soccer journey helped inspire the organization’s connection to CJSL. After playing professionally in Croatia’s first division, Donggul transitioned into coaching and became involved in the local soccer community, including competing in CJSL. That renewed passion for the game is something Elite Champions FC now hopes to pass on to its players.

Elite Champions FC currently trains and operates primarily out of Queens using NYC Parks permitted fields, including Raymond O’Connor Park in Bayside and Little Bay Park in Whitestone.
