Referee Performance Report

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the performance of the referees during and CJSL competition - CJSL, Girl’s City, CJSL 4v4 or NY WInter Tournament.

Your input is essential to help us maintain high officiating standards and support referee development within our league.

This survey gathers feedback on the referee’s fairness, communication, rule enforcement, game management, professionalism, and ability to ensure player safety and respect.

Please complete the survey honestly and thoughtfully. Your responses will remain confidential from the referees and are used by the CJSL and its staff solely to improve the quality of officiating for all players, coaches, and teams in a CJSL competition.
