What Are Bylaws and Why They Matter
The CJSL Bylaws are the official governing document of the league. They establish the structure, responsibilities, procedures, and standards that guide the operation of CJSL, its member clubs, officers, committees, teams, players, coaches, and competitions.
Purpose: The bylaws help ensure that CJSL operates in a fair,
transparent, consistent, and organized manner while protecting the interests of
its member clubs and participants.

These bylaws were approved by the CJSL Executive Board and Member Clubs on June 18, 2026 and serve as the official governing document of the Cosmopolitan Junior Soccer League.
Member clubs are encouraged to review these bylaws carefully and remain familiar with their responsibilities, obligations, and rights as members of the league.
