CJSL Gives Clubs a Competitive Edge GotSport App Access
To streamline operations and fuel club growth, the Cosmopolitan Junior Soccer League (CJSL) is proud to offer complimentary access to the new GotSport App for a select number of clubs registering teams for the 2025/26 season. This exclusive CJSL initiative provides a powerful, time-saving tool that reduces the workload of managing youth soccer teams by automatically integrating CJSL schedules and rosters into the app. By cutting operational costs and boosting day-to-day efficiency, the GotSport Team App is set to be a game-changer for participating clubs. Availability is limited and spots will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis—interested clubs are encouraged to act fast.
This initiative is available for clubs registering teams in the Fall 2025 season of the CJSL 4v4 and Girls’ City leagues. Clubs with teams up to U14 have until July 28 to opt in, while clubs with U15 and older teams must sign up by August 21 to take advantage of the program.
CJSL has spoken with dozens of New York City-based clubs and knows firsthand that organizing and communicating with parents and players has become a major burden. Many teams are currently using tools like WhatsApp, TeamSnap, GroupMe, LeagueApps, and even spreadsheets to manage team operations—often requiring someone to manually move information from one platform to another. The GotSport App eliminates that hassle completely.
The app syncs automatically with the GotSport platform. Rosters, schedules, and player information are pulled in without needing a second step, so there’s no risk of someone missing a game or not receiving the latest update. This ensures that major league announcements and club communications get into the hands of the right people at the right time, every time.
Available for download on both Apple and Android devices, the app gives every parent and player access to everything they need to know about their team—right from their phone—including their team schedule, RSVPs, communications, and even their own customized training calendar.
Key features include:
Seamless integration with GotSport for rosters, schedules, and player data
RSVP tracking for practices, games, and team events
Direct chat and notification tools for coaches, managers, parents, and players
Club-wide news feed with the option to feature sponsor messages
Real-time push notifications for league and team communications
“This is a strategic step in empowering our clubs,” said Paul Kontonis, President of the CJSL. “Our mission has always been to be more than a league. We are committed partners to our clubs, and this app will help them grow and better develop their players by giving back time and reducing administrative burden.”
By streamlining communication and eliminating duplicate work, the app helps clubs reduce operational costs. Because it is included in CJSL registration, there is no need to purchase a separate tool or platform.
“We’re thrilled to partner with CJSL, which is the first league to offer the GotSport App as a benefit to member clubs,” said William Cameron, Sr. Director of Sales] at GotSport. “The league’s commitment to supporting its clubs aligns with our goal to provide smarter, simpler tools that make managing youth soccer, especially for volunteers, easier and less stressful for everyone involved.”
Clubs interested in this new offer can indicate their interest when registering their teams for the 2025 season. With deadlines fast approaching, this is the time to modernize your communication and take advantage of this complimentary offering. Teams will begin receiving app access after August 1, following a live training webinar.
