We are excited to welcome your club to the league. Please review and complete the steps below to ensure your club is properly set up for league communication, registration, and season operations.

Review the CJSL New Club Readiness Checklist

Before moving forward with CJSL onboarding, all new clubs should review the CJSL New Club Readiness Checklist. This checklist is designed to help clubs understand what is needed to operate effectively, stay organized, and meet CJSL expectations.

Clubs should use this checklist as an internal guide to make sure they are prepared in the key areas CJSL reviews before and during the onboarding process.

New Club Readiness Areas

  • Home field access and valid field permits
  • Safe and properly prepared fields
  • Enough players to support each team entered
  • Players ready to register in GotSport
  • Coaches with required licenses or a plan to complete them
  • Background checks and SafeSport certification for coaches and staff
  • Clear club leadership and administrative responsibilities
  • Staff trained or ready to be trained on GotSport
  • Understanding of CJSL rules, policies, and matchday procedures
  • Ability to complete the full season without forfeits
  • Budget prepared for league fees, referee fees, permits, uniforms, and equipment
  • Home and away uniforms with proper numbering
  • Liability insurance in place
  • AED access at games and training sessions
  • Emergency Action Plan for home venues
  • Sideline behavior expectations communicated to families
  • Respectful player development environment
  • Ability to fulfill all league fixtures and travel within the CJSL footprint
Important: This checklist is meant to help new clubs prepare for success. CJSL expects all clubs to be organized, responsive, and fully prepared before entering teams into league competition.

Log in using your personal GotSport account email and password currently on file.

Any login or access issues should be reported directly to CJSL for assistance.

  • Manage teams, rosters, and player registrations
  • Review club setup and information
  • Contact CJSL if you need access assistance
  • If your club does not currently have a GotSport Club Account, please email CJSL so we can help create one for you.
